Template:Current The EPF and PSA Rebuild is an event in Club Penguin Rewritten that begun on January 24, 2018. It ended temporary on March 4, 2018 when Club Penguin Rewritten temporary shut down. It has restarted on April 26, 2018. The purpose is to rebuild the Everyday Phoning Facility, the EPF Command Room and the HQ after the critical damage done to them by Herbert during Operation: Blackout.

Trivia
- This is the second event related to the EPF, the first being the Battle of Doom in May 2017.
- Aside from the Popcorn Explosion that happened during the PSA Mission 11: The Veggie Villain, this is the first in-game PSA event.
- The event is based off The EPF Rebuild from Club Penguin that happened in 2013, however most of the construction is different. This is likely because the original was using the new design of rooms.
- The Snack Shack Stamp is available in the Ski Village during this.
- If you wait in the Ski Village long enough, the crane holding the EPF Phone will lift the phone into the Building.
