Sector 2 was a party room in Club Penguin Rewritten. It made an appearance during Operation: Blackout. Located in Herbert's Fortress, it contained three security terminals, which could (along with two other terminals) open the door in Lock Down.

Noticeable decor in the room included plan papers, a mind-control chair and tons of cream soda.

Security Terminals

Similar to Sector 1's terminal puzzles, the security terminals in Sector 2 consisted of a short puzzle in which the player had to move security blocks to get a pass-key to the lock in order to be granted access to them. This also gained the player with a layer of the Herbert Security Clearance Pin.

Terminal 3 could be accessed from November 18, 2017 as part of Chapter 3 of the Blackout Quest Interface.
