Puffle Handler became a mascot at the Puffle Party 2017. Players can earn a stamp for meeting her. She also appeared at the 2,000 Players Celebration Event and the Wilderness Expedition 2017, in which she led the expedition.
By meeting her, you can obtain a free background and a stamp.

- Her user ID is 10.
- She is Australian, and often says Australian words like "G'day."
- There was a glitch where she wore her modern outfit from Club Penguin, however her playercard and background are the older ones.
- It was fixed for the Puffle Party 2018.
