— The PSA Motto

The Penguin Secret Agency (abbreviated as PSA) is a secret sister organization to the EPF. Their headquarters are located at the HQ. Their goal is to help keep Club Penguin Rewritten safe when the moderators aren't able to. The PSA was previously destroyed in the Popcorn Explosion, but it was recovered by the EPF. It was active from 2005 to 2010 and then re-established in 2017.

Becoming an Agent

Clicking on the Moderator Badge at the top right of the screen will display a list of Club Penguin Rewritten's rules; finding the secret will prompt you with a test, if your Penguin is 30 days old. If you manage to pass the test, you will be sent for approval. If you are approved, you get the Spy Phone and access to F.I.S.H. (the Factual Informative Spy Handbook).

PSA Missions

There are also PSA Missions. They are logic based puzzles where you solve problems, interact with the special agents, and keep Club Penguin Rewritten's main antagonist, Herbert P. Bear, at bay. Most, if not all of the missions would be considered challenging, and require thorough thinking and reasoning to complete. If you are not a member of the PSA, but you are a member of the EPF, you could access the PSA Missions from the right side of the VR Room. However, in Operation: Blackout it was destroyed so now you need to be an agent to access the missions.

Trivia

  • When you join you will receive the Welcome to the PSA Postcard.
  • When you use the door to exit, it doesn't work because the room where it's supposed to lead to is not in the game. This glitch has existed since February 21, 2019.
