Legend was demoted due to accusations of being involved with the group CPNazi, who launched DDoS attacks on the Club Penguin Rewritten servers, and was banned after the accusations were confirmed.
Legend was a member of CPNazi, a Twitter group led by JacobTheGod. This group was responsible, in part by legend, for running DDoS attacks on the game servers during open beta.
