The Hydro-Hopper Penguin is a penguin who works on the Hydro-Hopper boat. He appears in the PSA Missions.
Appearances[]
- In Mission 9, he is having problems starting the Hydro Hopper's motor. If you help him fix the motor by pulling on the tab hard enough, he will give you an air pump.
- In Mission 10, he is seen holding a coil of rope. If you ask for it, he will give it to you. He then responds to your penguin's surprise with "What? Did you expect me to send you to find something to trade for it? That would be silly."
