Rookie was the Communications Lead and public relations officer of the Elite Penguin Force.
By meeting him, you could obtain a free background and a stamp.
Personality[]
Involved in many missions, Rookie was known as a proud and loyal member of the Elite Penguin Force. Despite his clumsiness, he was eager to protect the island.
He was cheerful and excitable, and had a unique ability in understanding crab language. He considered Jet Pack Guy to be his best friend and enjoyed having pet rocks.
History[]
PSA Missions[]
- Mission 3: Rookie guards the vault in the Gift Shop, but accidentally closes it and forgets the combination. Later, he watches after the coins that were on the ceiling.
- Mission 7: He posts signs around the Town to help find the missing Prime Gear.
- Mission 10: Rookie is a member of the Waddle Squad. He accidentally tells Herbert about the Golden Puffle at the Night Club. He prepares the Electromagnet 3000 in the Gift Shop but cannot power it as he forgot to bring the Solar Panel 3000. After capturing Herbert, Rookie gives him his Spy Phone and allows Herbert to teleport away, only to leave behind a packet of seeds.
- Mission 11: He is sent to investigate the disappearance of several items in the Gift Shop. Afterwards, he helps you stop Herbert's video transmission. He later appears in the HQ during the popcorn-bomb crisis.

- In the 7th, 10th, and 11th mission, if you moved your cursor towards his hat, the propeller would spin.
- In Mission 11, Rookie revealed that he had to take the Secret Agent Test 44 times.
- Rookie was the last mascot to be online before Club Penguin Rewritten's temporary shutdown.
- He accidentally made the island tip due to a large amount of anvils he ordered.
- According to some appearances, we know that he had a tendency to fall down stairs.
- In an EPF message he mentioned (in all caps) that he loves smoothies.
- His favorite color was Red.
- He said that his best friend was Gary.
- His favorite puffle was the Red Puffle.
- His favorite game was Catchin' Waves.
- On March 27, 2020, Rookie visited on the server Snow Avalanche, making him the first mascot to ever visit a safe chat server.
- Rookie was the only mascot to give out a background through a code, which was Rookie's Totally Legit Giveaway.
- Along with this, he visited on April Fools' Day 2021 with Rookie's Cream Soda Giveaway, making him the only mascot to have two different backgrounds available at once.
