The Arcade (formerly known as the Dance Lounge) was the second floor of the Night Club, where penguins could play a variety of arcade games, or just sit around. There were two sets of arcade machines on opposite sides of the room; penguins could play Astro Barrier or Thin Ice on one side.
There were two sets of tables in the room, as well as neon signs and lights hanging on the walls, a snowball throwing game in the back and a glass in the center of the floor for viewing penguins dancing in the Night Club.
On October 31, 2020, it was confirmed that the Dance Lounge would also be receiving a renovation similar to the Pet Shop. This was hinted by how the Dance Lounge had its modern look for the Halloween Party 2020. The room was updated to its modern design on November 12, 2020.

- A minor bug during the Halloween Party 2017 caused the second TV screen to occasionally display the subtitles in a different language than the subtitles on the larger screen.
