Bear after the Medieval Party 2017, during the Battle of Doom. You could get the Blue/Red/Yellow Hydra Head along with the EPF Badge Pin and 3 Field-Op Medals if you defeated the Hydra Bot. Eventually Herbert left the rooftop.
