Bubbles (also known as Bubbles the Mermaid), is a character in the stage play Underwater Adventure. She lives in Penglantis, along with Flippers. She welcomes travelers Daisy and Fiesel to Penglantis when they arrive, and takes a dislike to the joke that Flippers makes after her welcome.
